Tributes and Memorials offer a wonderful way to honor family and friends and support the Tioga History Museum’s collections, exhibitions, and educational programs at the same time. The mission of the Tioga History Museum cannot be accomplished without your support.

Tribute Gifts

A gift to the Tioga History Museum is a thoughtful way to honor the memory of a loved one. A tribute gift is a way to honor a person or to celebrate a special occasion such as a birthday, anniversary, retirement, wedding, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, birth or graduation.  There is no better way to pay tribute or remember a loved one in a meaningful and recognizable way than through a tribute or memorial gift.

Your contribution will be acknowledged with a personalized card sent to the honored individual or family. In addition, the name of the individual being honored will be listed in Tioga History Museum’s Annual Report and in the Museum’s quarterly newsletter.

Memorial Gifts

You can also remember a loved one or express your sympathy with a Memorial gift to the Museum. A Memorial is a personal remembrance that honors a deceased friend, relative, or colleague. A charitable contribution in a loved one’s name to the Museum is a unique and meaningful gift. Your contribution will be acknowledged with a personalized card sent to the honored individual or family.

Opportunities for permanent recognition at the Tioga History Museum are also available. The Museum is pleased to recognize significant gifts through permanent naming opportunities. Through a named gift, the generous support of the donor or designee can be appropriately recognized as a permanent part of Tioga History Museum.

To dedicate your gift to a loved one, please contact us at (607) 687-2460 or museum@tiogahistory.org. Your support is deeply appreciated.
