The Research Center contains hundreds of volumes and thousands
of files involving the history and heritage of Tioga County and its area.
Researchers will find a great deal of information about homes in the Village of
Owego, family index cards and family files for those doing genealogical research,
and published histories, diaries, memoirs, and other items related to Tioga
County and its citizens.
